F.A.Q.
What Is A Home Inspection?
A Home Inspection is a noninvasive examination of the condition of a home. Often in connection with the sale of that home, conducted by a certified Home Inspector with a trained eye, expertise, and knowledge to perform such inspections. Home Inspections are an extra expense and usually optional.
So, do you need one? Yes! Money might be close to closing but try to imagine moving in and finding out that the air conditioning unit is not capable of cooling the home, that portions of the electrical system are substandard, or that the chimney needs immediate repairs.

What If I Have Termites Or Other Wood-Destroying?
They are one of the most significant hazards any homeowners face. It has been suggested that there are only two types of homes, those with termites and those that will have termites in the future. Whether you have a new or old home, your home is a target for termites. Wood damaged by termites is often not noticed because the exterior surface must be removed to see the damage. That’s why annual inspections are so important.
