I have inspected full time for over a dozen years and twice that in part time inspecting along with home building as well as a serious background in commercial building as well. I spent countless years pulling homes apart and correcting problems that arose in structures from the poor or wrong application of materials. In short my past physical involvement, being in charge of a multitude of trades over the years, years of schooling, years of supervision, years of inspecting and years of continuing education can not be substituted with a class and a test to come out a "Professional Home Inspector" as most have in this profession.

Pictures are only taken of major concerns and the three paragraphs of disclaimers for a half a sentence on something that is only a minor concern, “forget that” We are not going to bore you with all the things you need not have to filter thru. However, you will be signing a hold harmless clause for anyone that refers us. These referrals are given to you as a professional courtesy, not as an absolute stamp of approval. After all we will be doing the home inspection, not the referring party. As far as we are concerned only we can be held liable and responsible for our inspection and reporting. On that note; No matter whom the referring party is, we work for you (our client) and do not let anyone interfere with our inspection and reporting.
